    Be in-charge of and responsible for producing clear and engaging text for different promotional channels (websites, print promotions, social media, etc) for DUMC which include researching keywords, producing interesting and consistently written content, and proofreading for accuracy and quality

    Directly reporting to: Communications Manager

    Key Accountabilities

    1. Research and apply critical thinking for problem analysis and solution evaluation, as well as contribute ideas and different approaches in projects and campaigns.
    2. Write, edit and proofread copy materials for social media posting, blogs and web, and other offline and online communication materials, as well as coordinate and manage social media postings with the team.
    3. Plan digital content calendar, create digital strategies and ensure implementation and management of plans.
    4. Check that promotional copies are aligned with DUMC’s branding.
    5. Look out for suitable stories and develop creative communication of the stories via modes and platform that are relevant and effective.
    6. Facilitate customer service as well as coordinate and train volunteers.
