I had been suffering from eczema on the palms of both my hands for about 10 years until recently. Characteristic of this malady was the unbearable itch! Scratching would result in the skin tearing and bleeding. I would have to apply plaster to the wounds on my fingers and palms because leaving them exposed was very painful when they came into contact with water! Antihistamines provided only temporal relief from the itch. Eventually despite my misgivings and as prescribed by the dermatologist I resorted to steroid injections, the efficacy of which diminished over time. My last steroid injection which was administered on 8 November 2019 was effective in suppressing the eczema for just over a week before they erupted again! Meanwhile I had been attending the Tuesday Encounter Night (TEN) meetings which were held every 3rd Tuesday of the month in DUMC. And on 18 February 2020 (which was the last TEN meeting before the implementation of the MCO on 18 March 2020), in response to the altar call I was laid hands upon and prayed specifically for the healing of the eczema by Pastor Tan Meng Geok. A month later both my palms had been completely cured of the eczema! All praise and glory to our most merciful God for His divine and timely healing so I could frequently wash my hands with soap and water without any discomfort! Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus! Jeremiah 30:17(a)(NKJV) “For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds” says the Lord.<\/span><\/p>\n
