Christianity is rooted in God’s actions in real time and space, through real people, throughout the centuries. Step into the past with us to discover why church history matters for every believer. Stewarding the past enriches our spiritual formation, provides wisdom for interpreting Scripture, and offers insight into our Christian roots and traditions. History also illuminates how believers have engaged culture through worship, politics, ethics, and daily life, providing both helpful models and necessary warnings. Ultimately, the story of the church testifies to God’s sustaining grace and His promise to preserve His people.
