(half-day retreat)
As the year comes to a close, let us take a moment to pause and look back on the journey travelled. We reflect not just to remember but to recognise God’s presence, grace and invitations throughout the year. It helps us notice what we have received, what has shaped us and where God may be leading us in the year ahead.
It is designed to review the past 12 months with God, and to prepare the heart for the next stretch of time. These retreats are suitable for those who need time away from their busy schedules to rest and reflect.

Caring for One Another in Your Cell Group
Christian Leadership 201
NOTE: You will need to complete all the core courses under Level 1 before taking this course
Shepherding is not a title. It is a way of seeing — noticing who is struggling, who is drifting, who needs someone to simply show up. And in a cell church, that calling belongs to every member, not just the leader.
Every Member a Shepherd is for active cell members who want to carry that calling well. Two sessions. Honest reflection on what genuine care actually looks like — and what gets in the way.
You will leave with a clearer sense of who God is asking you to care for — and one concrete step toward caring for them.

Discovering Your Part in Your Cell Group
Ministry 201
NOTE: You will need to complete all the core courses under Level 1 before taking this course.
A cell group is more than a weekly meeting. At its best, it is a community where people know and are known — where no one carries their struggles alone, and everyone has something real to contribute.
This six-hour course is an invitation to discover your place in that kind of community. Two sessions, one week apart. Honest, unhurried conversation with people from across the church. A chance to see — perhaps for the first time — what you already bring, and what becomes possible when you bring it more fully.
No experience needed. No role required. Just come as you are, and see what God might open up.

Theology 201
NOTE: You will need to complete all the core courses under Level 1 before taking this course.
Theology is the study of God—to understand who God is, His nature, and how He relates to His creation. Through careful reflection on faith, scripture, tradition, and experience, theology helps believers think clearly about what they believe and how those beliefs shape their lives.
This course introduces the study of God, His relation to creation, the theological message He has revealed in Scripture, and the connection between theology and everyday life. What we believe about God inevitably shapes how we live before Him and others. As Thomas Aquinas reminds us, “Theology teaches of God, is taught by God, and leads to God.”

Bible 101
The Bible is the special revelation of God, providing life-giving truths about the Creator who forms and shapes us to be His image-bearers to the world. It is the ultimate authority and foundation of the Christian faith; therefore, it is crucial for us to read the Bible well and be transformed by it.
Come and encounter this revealed Word of God, learn to read it well, and cultivate a rhythm of Bible reading. Let’s heed the words of Jesus when He responded to Satan’s temptation: ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.

Apologetics, simply stated, means “the defense of the faith.” Is Jesus really God? Did he actually rise from the dead? Is the Bible really God’s Word? These questions may seem difficult but they are not impossible to answer. In fact, these are the key issues of the Christian faith. As Paul says, “…if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile…” (1 Corinthians 15:17). Therefore, as responsible Christians, we need to learn how to defend our faith in God, the Bible and the other key Christian doctrines.
This course will teach you how to reason out your faith so that you may “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” (1 Peter 3:15)

At the heart of missional living is the mission of God—missio Dei—the redemptive work by which God is gathering people from every tribe, language, and nation into His new creation. From God’s covenant with Abraham to the sweeping vision of Revelation, Scripture reveals a God who blesses, restores, and pursues the world He loves. Jesus entrusts this mission to His church in the Great Commission. We are a missional people because we belong to a missional God.
This course invites you to explore the mission of God and the biblical foundations of mission, inspiring you to participate faithfully in God’s work in the world today.

The Craft and Cost of Genuine Care
Christian Leadership 301
NOTE: You will need to complete all the core courses under Level 1 & 2 before taking this course.
You already noticed. You already pray. You already feel the tug when someone in your group is struggling. Caring as Stewardship takes that instinct seriously and gives it the skill and the theology it needs to go the distance.
This is a six-hour course for committed cell members who want to close the gap between good intentions and genuine care. Two sessions on the specific skills of faithful caring demands: listening without fixing, sitting with grief, setting boundaries that protect rather than limit, and caring for yourself while you care for others.
You will leave with tools you can use right away and a clearer sense of what faithful, sustainable caring looks like over the long haul.

Singing is part of the Christian experience. Worshipping in song, is older than the Psalms. The people of God have been making ‘joyful noises’ for centuries. In more recent times, there has been an explosion of events, billed as ‘worship experiences’, featuring well-known worship-leaders and worship bands, light-and-sound shows and thousands in audience. On the other hand, in homes all over the world, small groups of people gather and sing to God, without fanfare.
So, what is worship? What happens in worship? How we ‘do it’? Especially in our small group settings.
This is a course on worship, and particularly, worshipping God in song. It is designed to help you understand why we worship, and how we do so in song. It is also intended to help you lead others in worship in a small group setting.

Feel like you’ve hit a wall with “formula” evangelism? If “preaching to strangers” feels forced and gimmicky events leave you exhausted, you’re not alone.
This Level 2 formation process moves beyond curiosity to connection. Forget the sales scripts and high-pressure presentations. Instead, we’ll explore how your ordinary life—and a simple, open heart—can become a natural bridge for the Gospel.
Format: Conducted over two Saturday mornings (9am–12pm) a week apart. This pace gives you room to breathe and reflect between learning the vision and practicing the skills.
Learn to reframe evangelism as a relational way of life, grounded in the humble practice of biblical hospitality. Discover how to share your faith sustainably and naturally through real rhythms.

Thematic Bible Study
The Book of Psalms contains a rich variety of prayers—from praise and thanksgiving to lament and petition—that give voice to the joys, struggles, and complexities of the life of faith. The Psalms uniquely serve a dual purpose: they are God’s Word to us while also providing words for us to speak to God. This is what gives the Psalms their timeless relevance.
Whether in seasons of joy, sorrow, doubt, or uncertainty, the Psalms offer language that helps God’s people pray when they struggle to find their own words. Through this eight-week Equip Bible Study, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the Psalms and discover how they can enrich both their prayer life and their daily walk with God.
Each session includes a short video teaching by a well-known biblical scholar, followed by guided workbook exercises and interactive small-group discussions.
The Equip Psalm studies is suitable for all levels. Self-study before each session is encouraged to enrich discussions and deeper engagement with God’s Word .

✅ What to say, what not to say, and when to call in the pastor

Christianity is rooted in God’s actions in real time and space, through real people, throughout the centuries. Step into the past with us to discover why church history matters for every believer. Stewarding the past enriches our spiritual formation, provides wisdom for interpreting Scripture, and offers insight into our Christian roots and traditions. History also illuminates how believers have engaged culture through worship, politics, ethics, and daily life, providing both helpful models and necessary warnings. Ultimately, the story of the church testifies to God’s sustaining grace and His promise to preserve His people.

The apostle Paul states that “our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (Eph 6:12, NIV) Though the term ‘spiritual warfare’ is not found in the Bible, it is clearly biblical.
This course seeks to equip participants to minister with authority and confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ. We will look into the biblical basis of spiritual warfare and examine the different practical aspects of ministry in which we are engaged in spiritual warfare.

Inductive Bible Study
What makes a church truly healthy?
Size? Number of converts? Scale of events?
Paul doesn’t measure church health the way modern church organisations do. In 1 Timothy, written to a young pastor under pressure, the focus is not expansion but faithfulness. Sound teaching over trends, character over charisma, godliness over optics.
This inductive study invites participants to observe, interpret, and apply the biblical text carefully, engaging it in its original context, and to consider how Scripture defines what it means to be a healthy church.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Equip Bible studies are small group studies and require self-study prior to the lesson. Come prepared to engage and interact with instructors and students.

Let’s be honest: the Old Testament seems so complicated with lineages, stories, and laws that it can be hard to make sense of God’s bigger story. The Stations of the Cross is a devotional journey through the final hours of Jesus Christ’s life on earth. Traditionally marked by fourteen images portraying His Passion—from condemnation to entombment—this practice invites us not only to remember what He endured, but to prayerfully encounter His love revealed through suffering.
This year, we present an adapted journey of eight stations, titled The Way of Love.
As you move from station to station, we invite you to slow down, to behold, and to listen.
The stations are arranged in a quiet, gallery-style format to support prayerful reflection. We invite you to enter in silence, to move unhurriedly, and to approach each station with reverence.
You may choose to sit or stand at the stations—extra chairs are provided around the area for you to reflect and journal.
A devotional material (booklet) will be provided at the entrance.
Do bring your own stationery for writing. If not, one will be provided (limited).
No registration is needed and it is open for all.
Please take note of peak hours, which are usually after working hours.
We estimate that the journey through the stations will take approximately 1 hour.
The gallery is unmanned. If you need assistance, you can reach out to the security.

Inductive Bible Study
The biggest threats to the Gospel are not always the most obvious ones.
In the Epistle to the Galatians, Paul confronts a situation where believers were being drawn back under the law, treating its requirements as necessary alongside faith in Christ. In doing so, they risked returning to spiritual slavery instead of living in the freedom Christ provides. Learn how life in Christ—justified by faith—should be Spirit-led, grounded in trust in Christ, and lived in unity in Christ with fellow believers.
This inductive Bible study invites participants to engage the text carefully through the OIA (Observation, Interpretation, and Application) approach. It helps us reflect on how we understand the Gospel and how that understanding shapes our identity, spiritual growth, and relationships as God’s people
We invite you to join us on this journey. It is suitable for all levels, especially for those who are interested to learn the skill of Inductive Bible Study.

NOTE: You will need to complete all the core courses under Level 1 & 2 before taking this course.
A transformation of the heart is the goal every Christian must desire after and strive for if his/her walk with God is to be taken seriously. However, there is no shortcut to this cultivation of the inner life. Well-known author Richard Foster comments, “If we are expecting one or two worship services or study groups a week to change us, it will never happen. The whole object of the exercise is to walk with God through our days and through our nights.”
The practice of the spiritual disciplines is the pathway toward true inner spiritual transformation, which is more than about merely doing good “Christian” things. On a deeper level, it is about being changed from the inside out so that we can live abundant and joyful lives for the Lord.
“The soul and the body make a man; the Spirit and discipline make a Christian.” – John Wesley

This course will grant you a deeper understanding of the heart of God for justice – God’s heart for the oppressed is not just a peripheral concept, it forms the very heart of the gospel. Justice is more than a movement; it is a lifestyle following the example of Jesus who lived justly. We pursue justice not just because the world is broken, but because we are broken too – that in doing His work serving others, we discover more of His character, and are transformed into His likeness.
Let us come together in our collective calling to love our neighbours, speak up for the oppressed, and be effective instruments of God’s justice in the world by being beacons of hope and catalysts for sustained change.
