Why do people with common goals find it hard to serve together? Maybe it has to do with social styles.
“Seek to understand than to be understood,” is a well-worn adage and particularly helpful in Christian life and mission.
This is a ministry elective suitable for developing cohesive and self-sacrificial working relationships toward common goals, by understanding and working around one another’s unique relational make-up.
