Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.

Is One Rock for You?

Are you feeling a bit discouraged and weary?
Have you ran out of energy and joy for your work and life?
Are you going through motions?

Or maybe the opposite is true, you are standing at the door to a new opportunity, but you have not yet found a key to open it.

You know there is so much more, but a wall of some sort appeared, and you do not know how to scale it.

The wall represents not only external obstacles such as lack of opportunities, networks, resources but inner ones also: perfectionism, low self-esteem, fear of failure.

So as a result, you are not sure who you really are and what you are supposed to do in order to experience peace, joy and fulfillment in a relationship with God, others and yourself. Your mental health suffers and there are not enough safe spaces and relationships to process what you are going through.

Participating in One Rock Institute can become a part of the solution in your journey ahead. Our program is structured to ensure you get both broad as well as deep dive into relevant content, it is taught by a diverse group of trainers and it is supported and applied with the help of selected coaches that will coach you in one on one monthly conversations.

Additionally you will also have an opportunity to participate in peer level small interest groups and hear from a number of local business leaders and teams from Lifeshape.

About One Rock

One Rock started 20 years ago in London, UK with the vision to equip young professionals from all spheres of society to live out the God’s given vision for their lives and see kingdom impact in their communities and cities.

Since then, and thanks to long term partnership with Lifeshape and thanks to it our friends from Chick-fil-A, we have trained leaders in over 40 countries around the world, from Paraguay to Poland, Brazil to Beijing, Colombia to Cambodia.

We have worked all across the continents of Africa and Europe. We saw great courage and miracles as we trained leaders in Iran and Turkey.
We witnessed those with very little resources in Sudan, Malawi and Zambia make a huge difference for the kingdom.

In the last 8 years we have been equipping Christian marketplace leaders across Asia. We work in Singapore and Malaysia specifically but are planning to expand to HK and Japan in near future.

We always knew: programs do not change people, people change people.

A blueprint is helpful but a footprint is needed even more – in other words we need a modelling of life of leadership and integrity.

That is why at One Rock we like to support all we do with well thought though coaching structures and investment over longer period of time.

We believe that best way to teach leadership is through the stories of others, we write biographies of those who belong to the ‘great cloud of witnesses’ and we use them as the basis for wisdom and learning.

One Rock continues to work across many countries but the Institute is based out of 3 Main Hubs.

3 Hubs
20 Satellite Countries

One Rock Office is in Westminster. London is also a HUB for Insititite in Europe ( + 7 satelite countries)

Kigali (Rwanda) is a HUB for Africa ( + 7 satelite countries)

Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) is the HUB in Asia. ( + satelites in 4 countries and 2 cities in West and East Malaysia)

COACHING

For us at One Rock mentoring is a longer-term relationship, often self-initiated by the one seeking it, and often engaged with someone we already know and admire, it seldom has specific time boundaries or specific goals.

Coaching is a framework of asking GOOD QUESTIONS and practice of ACTIVE LISTENING and is often more outcome driven, and shorter in duration. The main difference is in who owns the process. In coaching YOU the coachee is the one who needs to drive the process and design it to your own needs.

We promote both coaching and mentoring BUT we focus more on the practice of COACHING and hope you will then continue with each in your life and work after you complete the Institute.

Our team of coaches and mentors are carefully selected and trained, helping you clarify your vision, navigate transitions and recognise opportunities.

They will guide you through a set of conversations to help you towards

4 Outcomes:

  1. Identity & Rhythm of Life
  2. Purpose & Clarity
  3. Personal Development Plan
  4. Intergenerational Small Group Project that will address one of the above

You will be assigned a coach, and the program requirements are to have 12 conversations with your coach over the course of the year, once a month in person or online.

The more details you provide in the application process the better we will be able to match you with a suitable coach.

COMMUNITY

In a world marked by rapid change, diverse challenges, and increasing isolation, the importance of community has never been more pronounced. At One Rock International, we recognize that fostering strong community connections is essential not just for personal growth, but also for effective leadership.

Alongside learning together as a whole Group and One on One coaching you will be able to sign up to be a part of a Community of Care.

Here is why this is important:

  • We can collaborate around collective purpose.
  • We can pool resources and harness diverse talents, experiences, and resources, which can enhance problem-solving and innovation.
  • We can support each other in a supportive community.
  • We can learn from a diversity of perspectives by interacting with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences fosters understanding and empathy.
  • We can help each other in times of change and transitions.

As part of Community of Care you will be assigned to a small group (COMMUNITY OF CARE) and you will be asked to solve one challenge together.

You will also be invited to join the growing Alumni community after the complication of the program. This alumni community is international and diverse and can give you dynamic global perspectives and networks.

Alone we just make splashes together we can create waves of change.

We are BETTER TOGETHER.
